The Sessions
The sessions can be done online and live in Helsinki, Finland. They're about 3 hours, with a pre-discussion and then the session itself. During the session you'll be in a relaxed state, where I'll guide you with questions. You're constantly aware and in charge of what is happening. The session is all on your terms. This is the place where you can come as you are, as yourself, with your biggest fears and insecurities. This is a space where all of you is welcome.
